Good morning. I’m glad you recognize the feeling, now do something with you. You control your thoughts. You are alive. Look out the window and really embraced what you see.

If possible, try to understand why you feel empty. Seek a counselor. Nothin wrong with talking about concerns out loud. You can also message me. I’ll be there to support you.

I understand. The best thing that helps me when I get like this is to talk. To my dog, my therapist, or even on here. Keeping something quiet just give sit power.
