Even though it drums up negative feelings its nice to listen to a song that I can identify with. Helps with perspective knowing a lot of other humans have and are dealing with the same challenges. Its all part of the journey we are on as living self aware beings.

Hey. Do your self a favour and get away from what reinforces your state. We are all tempted by the romantics and the overwhelming feeling that comes with it. It is easy for us as we feel someone else understands and is able to articulate how we feel better than we can. It moves us because most of the time we have lost the sense of feeling so we hang on to anything that gets our emtions running. It is just harmful. Am not saying listen to happy music only, just do not get pulled down by anything you can control or limit. Preferably listen to something that gets you angry and jumping.

I think this rant was aimed more at myself than you.
