I’ve been taking trazadone for almost 3 months now. Taking for depression and mostly for sleep. Was averaging 3 to 4 hrs sleep a night. It helped me at first. No hangover feeling either. Loved it. But I get used to medication quickly. Wish I knew why. I also suffer with panic attacks. I highly suggest you take trazadone about an hour before your normal bedtime. It doesn’t take long to kick in and I find if you happen to wait too long before going to bed the relaxing feeling goes away. At least that’s how I feel. Hope you feel better soon.

I’ve been on trazodone now for over a year for depression and to sleep, I take 200mg, I can get up for work no problem In the mornings I did try to come off them and change onto another antidepressant a few months back I had to wean myself off them, I had terrible withdrawal symptoms which is why I decide to go back on them, I was also on them years ago, I have no problems while taking them

Do you find 200 to much if so ask for 150 see how you get on

since everyone has a different body chemistry, it varies from person to person. I was on it, but I stopped using it because although I slept, I felt liked I had been drugged. Everyone is different.

Yikes! I hate to say this, but until you try it, you won't know the effects. You can talk to 50 people and get 50 different reactions to the drug. You have to try it, and see what happens. That is how you will know the effects on your system. I wish I could give you a more positive outlook, but that is the truth. Try, and see how it goes.
