It does feel odd being around people because you're constantly afraid and worrying. I find that sometimes controlling my breathing by taking slow, deep breaths helps to control my anxiety. Anyway, talking about it here is a good place to get advice and a listening ear. Just know that by taking it one day at a time, you'll get through it.

I find when I'm highly anxious - it's hard to be around people. I can't concentrate on my worrying.. Like my worrying is "protecting" me - staying vigilant ...It's stupid. And I lose my appetite, but then being hungry makes me feel sick and worry more so I eat.

Yes, I understand that. It is very important to concentrate on worrying. In order to really concentrate on it you have to be alone and give it your full attention. If you don't do this who knows what terrible things may happen. lol lol lol. xx ps. This is actually meant for summerlovers. I can sometimes do the same thing.
