Hi all! I haven't been on for a while. I just came back because reading some of your tips are good reminders or new ideas to help with my GAD. I found journaling less than a year ago and cannot Express how much this helps. At first I got a small journal specifically with starter questions about Anxiety. After I got the hang of it I got a notebook and started my own.
Think of it less of "Dear Diary" and more of "I'm feeling this right now".
Just a suggestion folks.

I love that idea. I’ve always kept journals and lists, but never thought of using it to help with my anxious thoughts. I’m going to give this a try. Thank you🙏🏼
That's what is so great about this sight. You can vent all you want and get out all your feelings. Not only that, but you will get support from all of us. It's a form of journaling with added benefits !
