Gently dont grasp, chase, push, etc

No 3 Down the stream

Down the stream not up ! the stream. Take the easy path, be calm, go with the flow.

No 4 Merrily Merrily

Be happy, change your thoughts to happy ones, happy outcomes, you can change them with practice.

No 5 Life is but a dream

Life is a illusion, this life is all in your mind. Its what you think it is, change your thoughts change your world. Meditate to find reality. Its not in this illusion of the mind.
