my head is messy..inside my brain something happened and I am not normal.why should I behave normal..And these thoughts irritate you.Having perfectly sharp memory and intelligence when I get these thoughts I feel so restless.

I'm not quite sure to be honest, as I am not a therapist, but do live with someone who is a recovering OCD, and I think it is slightly different for everyone with this. Here's a definition I read: Obsessive–compulsive disorder is a mental disorder where people feel the need to check things repeatedly, perform certain routines repeatedly, or have certain thoughts repeatedly. People are unable to control either the thoughts or the activities for more than a short period of time
the best advice I think anyone here could give you is to get professionally diagnosed, as none of us are therapists, and even if they were, the site rules state that no one should give medical advice here.
