I found this website searching for a support group for anxiety and neg thoughts etc. I’ve always been embarrassed and reserved when talking about these things so I’m hoping doing this online will offer me a positive outlet to vent and seek help. How has this support group affected you all? Do you find it helpful?

I haven’t been on this site long. Just a week. I am hoping the same thing.
This place is amazing... and I've found a couple buddies I can relate too and I update with my progress and check in on there progress. I hope this place helps you as much as it helps me hang in there, I've never been one to talk not even close with my parents, this place is anonymous and I think that's why i'm able to be so open here.
