Just some Monday thoughts

I went into the day with a freah outlook and started with therapy session. The day ended up really good! Sometimes when I have a good day I think maybe this was it, this was my turning point in my anxiety.... But I know it will be back... Always lurking under the edges of a good day... Hope everyone is having a great start to their week!

So great you had a good day! Relish in it, absorb it. Refer to it when you need to in the future. As for your anxiety, maybe you can look forward to it so you can practice at becoming a master at managing it 😊

Dogmom, stop looking at it that way! Am I gonna have to come down there and give you a one on one motivational lecture? When you have a good day you think, 'Damned, I'm getting better! I can kick this thing's butt! Yeah, I'm gonna win.' You're a winner in my heart and I want you to be a winner in all things. Here's hoping every day is a good day and you beat all of your problems forever!!

Enjoy the good days, count the wins and ignore any thought of negative possibilities. No need to focus on what may never happen. Keep your path clear and walk on, continuing in joy and peace. If you start any nibble of anxiety take some magnesium and ginseng, they help calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop around. Get outside, breathe in fresh air, look around and count blessings. =)

Thank you! I just started some magnesium this week. I never think about ginseng! I will also keep that in mind!
