Its such a nasty circle that I cant seem to break either. Expressing and sharing my issues with fellow friends like you is very helpful to get that overwhelming pressure off our chest.
One friend started doing CBT therapy and she seems to be a lot more positive about things now, I myself have been considering some sort of therapy but I have a tough time opening that can of worms with a doctor.

I've been trying to open up more to family and whatnot, that's tough too, once you in cap those emotions, can turn into a waterfall... I believe in my case that keeping so much inside all these years has contributited to what I'm going thru now...
Hey! I know what your talking about. In the past.. I stayed in a state of fear. I couldnt function in any activity and stayed in a horrible mindset. My son was very sick and was diagnosed with some scary stuff. I found my relief and my fears left when I turned everything over to God. I want you to know that I am praying for you and hope you find your peace.
Good question to put out there! We should make a post that asks everyone to give one piece of advice that helps them! My advice is essential oils. I have such bad anxiety. The calming smell is so peaceful.
