Hi, my name is Madison. I suffer from depression and anxiety for about 3 and 1/2 years now. I had it under control for awhile and now I’ve been spiraling out of control. I attempted suicide last week and figured I should probably start to take a positive step. So this is my introduction to this group. Nice to meet you all.
