I'm so glad I found this support group praying that I'll be able to beat this depression.

When one has an issue do I just pose it as question and somebody will respond?

I write a lot coz I have no one to talk to, from where I come from depression is witchcraft some say I'm faking it so it's highly difficult to talk when there's no support.

I hope I'll be a better person whilst on this platform.

Welcome! I'm new here too, been here only a few weeks. People here are so nice and they take the time to respond to your thoughts and often have good advice. You can also reply to other people's posts. I try to reply more than I post for myself because I feel so grateful that people support me and I want to pay it forward. Anyway welcome and I hope we can all support each other!
