So I've been thinking lately part of my problem is that I am out of shape... Probably why I feel so physically crappy.... I did yoga for about a year but just really light yoga so I did not feel like it was an actual exercise! Need to start exercising again! Any good exercise programs or types of exercise you all do?

Zumba is fun. I like it because you can learn how to dance and burn calories at the same time.💃🏽💪🏽

hi I don't know if you are able to take on a pet dog but it really does give you a purpose to get out and about more.it really helps me no end.

I actually have 3! They are sometimes the only reason I get up and function....
