My medicine has been helping for my anxiety throughout the day even though I still find my mind racing. However, I keep waking up from anxious dreams. I take my medicine in the morning and at night, but sleeping is really getting hard when I keep waking up with anxiety. Any tips on how to ease the mind at night?

A weighted blanket always works for me as well as 25 mlg of hydroxazine. I have really bad anxiety dreams and this works for me
I also take hydroxizine but I find it only helps me get to sleep and not stay asleep. I have the same problem at night; I woke up almost every hour and have trouble getting back to sleep. Best thing I've found is to try to relax my body and then count down from 100, timing each decrement to a breath. It doesn't work all the time; I sometimes have to repeat it multiple times, but trying to focus on that helps me from thinking of the things that drive my anxiety through the roof. Of course, then it gets time to get up and I'm anxious for the day.
