A exercise I do.
Lie on your bed, Imagine your body is a now a container.
Fill it with bright pink liquid in your mind. fill it from the toe,s right up to the crown of your head. The liquid is warm and soothing.
1 say I release all the fear into the warm pink liquid feel it drain from you and release you.
2 say I release all the anxiety from my body into the pink liquid, feel it go.
3 say I release all the worry into the pink liquid.
4 say I release all the tension in my body feel it leave you.
5 say I release all the guilt in my body and mind feel it surge into the liquid.
6 say I release all the stress from my body, feel your body relax.
7 say I release all the anger in my body and mind feel yourself becoming calm.
Now open two valves in the feet and fingers, Feel the liquid drain out of your body,
It is now a dark and murky liquid taking all the, Fear,worry,tension,guilt,stress, anger, away from you.
Now its all gone and you feel relaxed and released. let your body return to normal in your mind now.
I do this several times a week it works, but again you have to do it.
