I lost 10 lbs in the last couple of months. And looking in the mirror sometimes I look so drained. I'm starting to feel like myself again. But some nights I feel myself in a funk. Up late just stressed and overwhelmed with overthinking.

I'm currently in a similar boat. Been through severe trauma this year and still ongoing to an extent. Weight loss is starting to show. I'm going to just overeat as much as I need to to keep it at bay in the short term
Don't do that it's unhealthy I've heard. Just keep yourself busy and keep food in your bag. You can't fight a bad habit with another bad habit
@Flower child and Positive Survival. Sorry to hear of the trauma and difficulty keeping on weight. Overeating is definitely not the best way to handle it. Small frequent meals and fortifying foods with additional calories, (especially protein) is often helpful. I would definitely recommend seeing a physician or your PCP. The services of a dietitian may also be helpful. If you would like any additional suggestions regarding adding energy to foods or on small more frequent meals, please feel free to message.
I would encourage you to see your physician to rule out any underlying physical conditions. I know that sometimes when I am stressed or distressed, it is easy for me to forget to eat or to lack an appetite. Sometimes, it helps to have a timer or alarm that you can set to remind you to eat. It can also be helpful to have people that will eat with you. It really helped me to have my fiance eat with me on days where I could not stomach it myself. I hope that helps!
