This will be all over the place but just follow me please
Lately I’ve been very OVERLY critical. I’m just sitting here thinking: wow everyone is screenshotting your pictures and sending them to your friends, wow you said too much, wow everyone hates you.
It also is really driving me crazy just how MATTER OF FACT my attitude is. Like even when I wrote the above paragraph I was like “and there’s also nothing no stranger on the internet can actually tell you because they don’t know you irl and you COULD have said you kuch and everyone COULD hate you and people probably ARE laughing at you”. It’s like damn. My mind is on 100000% and I can’t talk or type as fast as my mind is going. Can we tell I’m anxious as hell right now??

Yess I totally get that! Yeah it’s seriously so tough when your mind starts racing and you judge every single thought that comes into your mind and it turns into this never ending loop. This helped me the other day when I was driving and my mind was going nuts to just accept the thought as it is regardless if it’s true or not and I noticed my mind and body start to calm. Not sure if that would be helpful so totally do what you think best! Anxiety is such a beast and I’m trying to learn how to tackle it too.
Hi, hope the intensity of these feelings ease off a little for you soon. It is really hard to stop our minds racing when we are very anxious. Like the other post I have been working on accepting whatever I'm feeling in the moment knowing that it will eventually move on. We naturally always want to feel the happy, good feelings but being human means we have all emotions positive and negative. I don't think it's a negative thing that you can sometimes feel ' detached' ( if I'm understanding you correctly) I think it's ok to be able to step back a little and not always engage with every thought. Be kind to yourself, you are no better or worse than everyone else, we are here with you 💜
Hi cinnamon getting mixed up is horrible but can't harm you it just plays tricks with your mind! Try to think good things and that these thoughts like the people can't harm you! Take care my friend get well soon david
