Scary Palpitations

I have breathtaking palpitations that last literally for a second freaks me out to the point where I can’t remember if I was anxious when it happened or not. Ugh I’m over this

Due to my anxiety I have started to get depressed because of it attacks the one thing I loved doing and I can not point to why it did it. I'm over it as well I just want my life back.

Omg this has happened to me last week and now I've been feeling off. God I just want my life back. I want to feel normal again. And now I hear my heartbeat in my ears. Great.
