Rough Days

The past several weeks have been difficult for me. The PTSD has flared up which then adds to the anxiety and depression. I thought I was handling the PTSD well lately but then some triggers happened back to back and it seems like it doesn't take much for the symptoms to start up again. This is going to be a long hard week due to work that has to be dealt with and I feel already overwhelmed. I wish I could just hide in the house this week.

I do know what that feels like...it's just so debilitating and the feeling of being out of control of those feelings is horrible....I'm so sorry your going through this....and hope you have some kind of support system....therapy, meds.... and one good thing is you got this place to just keep writing about it.
