Having a rough day! I have felt shaky all day, yet I can hold my hand steady. Does anyone else ever feel like this? Like internal jitters or something?

Having a rough day!!!
Jitters can be caused by an underlying problem with the nervous system or could be due to the extreme fatigue. How are you sleeping?
Mental health wise - anxiety is the most presumptuous explanation, contextually when did the jitters start? Have you had them before? Anxiety is feelings of unease or worry, usually about the future outcome of something, I know this is featured in Anxiety and Depression support but if you wish me to be of further help can I ask if you have ever suffered with clinical anxiety of any sort? Social, specific phobic or general etc?
Hi, i go through that a lot. From the time i wake up i feel like i have been fighting in my sleep and im nervous and shaky but no one else can see it. It drains my energy all day. I try to drink a lot of water sometimes i think i could be dehydrated when that happens.
I get Jitters, the shakes In my arms and legs! I've been diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety, but I'm not sure if its because of this that's why I have shakes... Before I couldn't sleep for three weeks, but for the last two days I've got the most sleep In a long time and I still wake up tired and weak!
I've also bee. Loosing a lot of weight for no parent reason. Which I've been to the GP for and had Blood tests and an X-ray done all came back clear. One doctor thinks it's just Anxiety?
but yes I get The sakes/Jitters but I can hold my hands steady in front of me, but at times I feel.like I cant had a spoon tight enough. Odd! If all this is to do with Depression and anxiety, I hope I can get rid of it quickly... I want my life back, my family and friends who have been supportive for the last three weeks are starting to find it a bit of a struggle now!
hope you all are coping well?
wish you all the very best.
I get them too. I also have lost weight. I find that when I am anxious, I can't eat. I have to force myself to eat during the day. My anxiety subsides in the evening and I often have more of an appetite before bedtime. Even eating before bedtime has not caused me to put the weight back on. Regarding your family and friends, it's great that they are supportive, but it might help if you also had outside support from a support group, therapist, etc. All the best to you.
Totally. I often feel shaky and yes, like it's internal jitters. Not an uncommon symptom of anxiety.
