So this morning in health class we started our mental disorder chapter which covered stuff like depression and anxiety. Well it also talked about other ones and of course my worry and over thinking automaticly thought what if I have that? Health was a little stressful today

Just know that you're ok right now and you don't have that other stuff. It's simply ur anxiety taking over. But you have a say in the matter. Always. So tell it to go away!

it happens..... I remember in college in Psychology 101.... many came out thinking they had various symptoms of one or another.... but unless you have been diagnosed by a professional.... I would just remember it's health anxiety...and probably not really pertaining to you.
