Anxiety and Driving

Does anyone else get dizzy and feel like they cant breathe while their driving, and then get scared to drive more. I am at the point where driving is almost not an option because I feel like I'm going to faint behind the wheel?

Yes I started going through the same a few months ago. Especially when I'm in traffic or driving long distances..I start to feel flush and chest hurts and dizzy when I get to where I am going.

Have you found anything that helps? I don't even know why I'm getting anxious it just comes on and then gets out of control.

I cant relate. Thats not the feeling I get, but I'm sorry you feel that way. I hope you feel better soon!
