I can't sleep during weekdays no matter how much I try my m didn't allow me to take sleeping pills. I just moved to the other side of the world and life is different I feel like I don't belong here I have no friends and the friends of my past are very busy. I keep think about past all night. At school I have no motivation or hope to keep going on . I can't say my feelings to anyone. What should I do?

Depression
I would start building new relationships.... finding your way in your new environment the best way you can....sharing here with others who are caring and kind will be a nice way to feel and stay connected as well while your settling in to live in a new place. I did the same thing a number of years ago.... moved half way around the world...thousands of miles away from everyone and everything I knew, it just takes a little time and effort....you will find a way and your never alone here......
Im sorry you’re going through this hard time right now. I do a lot of journaling which helps me get my thoughts and feelings out .. you can try if you like.

If you are in school, are there clubs or organizations that you can join relating to your field of study? Talk to a counselor at the school. All schools have trained professionals to help you navigate.
Also, since you are away from home, take advantage of online resources. I have struggled with anxiety and depression, so I really enjoy YouTube videos. Some of my favorite speakers are J. John, Ravi Zaccharias, Patsy Claremont and Ken Davis.
It is hard to move and make a quick transition. It will take some time to feel comfortable in your new surroundings. Some people like to draw or get involved with arts and crafts. I like to go for a walk and take pictures. I hope that you have some hobbies that you enjoy that will improve your mood.
