In the last year I’ve really been working on eating healthy and working out... it’s worked! But I’ve fallen off and the gym is dirty and smelly- I’ve created an issue about it. But I really enjoy being outside and walking.
I think it would be really cool to set up some sort of community workout. But I’m not sure how to get started. I don’t really have anyone around that could help with this sort of thing.
Anyone have any suggestions?!

somebody told me about 'MeetUp'...a site that caters to people who have different interests all over the world...it's not what it sound like....it's not a hook up place, it has health, art, film, the whole gambit of interests.....
Physical wellness is SO connected to mental wellness! It's hard to remember that when you have a mental illness, but physical movement and healthy nutrition can make a huge difference in mental health. Good for you! I wish I could go walking with you!
It is! I give myself so many excuses though lately. It’d really be cool to have a group for motivation to get going or I’ll lay in bed watching Netflix for the rest of my life 😜
