Hello all. First time using one of these sites, so bear with me. I was diagnosed at 10 with bipolar disorder and seasonal depression. I never noticed it until a graduated high school, which is when i had my first child and got married. Im 22 now, and I definitely notice it a lot more, particularly with depression, anxiety and social phobia. Can’t seem to find motivation to do much but go to work and come back home. I’ve been pushing the people I love away from me and im just sick of feeling like this. Plain and simple. If there’s any one in the same spot, I’d love to have a conversation and see from someone else’s point of view. Thanks for reading 👍🏽

Hi! I have the same thing and have the exact same thoughts/feelings as you. Maybe we could talk together
Hi and welcome....you certainly have a lot to deal with and I was wondering what kind of help you were getting with all these.....therapy etc. and are you on any meds to help with especially the bipolar.....I'm glad your here sharing.
I have a Dr that helps with my medications bc her specialty is paying attention to side effects. I’ve been dx’d With bipolar2 (some anxiety) ptsd, insomnia. Celexa didn’t work for me either. I’ve tried many different combinations of rxs in hopes of feeling better. In general, they help me a lot: sleeping most nights, getting through mostly...it’s still hard.
