First day back babysitting full time and I'm a bit anxious. I didn't sleep and have all four kids which means no nap for me. :( trying to keep cool but it's hard. I'm worried I'll fall asleep and every time I get close to calm and the adrenaline wears off. I feel tired and start freaking out again.

You can do this, friend! You will be good for those kids and this day will go by fast and soon enough you will be back laying in your bed. Good luck and stay strong xoxo.

Hate to say maybe you shouldn't be watching children? You say you're afraid you'll fall asleep? Dangerous things can happen to these children if you do? Rethink this? The kids and their parents are relying on you.
