I heard about this technique and therapy online. It was started in 1987 and has now grown into most areas including my own. I guess it helps with dealing with traumatic events in ones life by using the equivalent of REM sleep while your awake. A therapist moves their finger side to side and you follow with your eyes. While this is happening you with the therapists help delve into the trauma and overall it’s supposed to let you confront it and see it in a different light. Just wanted to know if anyone on here had ever tried it and what results did you have??? I’m considering giving it a shot. Thanks for your feedback...
