I’m having a day where I just cant focus on anything. I was in a meeting this morning where I receive an assignment, but I cant remember anything from the meeting, it’s like my mind is asleep. This is not something common for me but it is very annoying, I wasn’t ignoring the meeting, my mind just wasn’t there and the rest of the day I’ve gone and cloudy, I cant even remember how I got home.

Hi Svtempus this sounds like something you should look into with your primary doctor. If you are having gaps in your day of blankness you want to be sure you have not had some sort of medical issue beyond Anxieties. If it is just a deep state of mental stress often times a change in diet and fitness can resolve in no time at all. Start with a walk that gets your heart pumping and some fresh air, even treat yourself to a light healthy meal, take a nice bath, and get some good rest. I find this works for me every time. 🙏🏼

I had the same issue about 2 months ago. Look into detoxing your gut. The toxins have major impact on Cortisol levels which is the core cause of mind fog. Cheaper than a doctor and makes life feel better.

I did have an early day but it’s common, i never drink any caffeine , i just feel frustrated, im scared of not remembering what happened during the day.
