Woke up today feeling pretty good, first time in a while even though I was still tired. I continued on this good feeling throughout the day and I think a lot of it has to do with the wonderful support that each one of you gives so selfishly. So THANK YOU for your kind words of compassion and understanding. It helps tremendously! 💜

Yea Dogsandtennis!!!! I love hearing this. My Friday is going well too. We just have to remember these moments when anxiety strikes and know we can conquer this and have many more days like this.
