Practice slow breathing in through your nose out through your mouth, do for at least 5 minutes. This helps me greatly!!! Peace for you!

Hi Ayushi97, This sounds very much like the makings of a panic attack which feels horrible and scary. A few long slow deep breaths to get oxygen in, really think about getting the air in and slowly back out. All that adrenaline can eventually make you feel exhausted so you end up with muscles that feel weak and sore. If you are not seeing a therapist I have found lots of good advice online about coping with anxiety. Being on here has also helped me countless times xx
