Massive panic attack side a little past armpit is sore feels swollen breast sore had breast surgeon look found nothing now running a low grade fever of 99.3! Scared it’s cancer or sepsis

Hello jillellen i have the same worrys as you no matter how much the Dr tells me or show me different, u have to keep telling yourself if it was something wrong by now i would know it & fear & worry only makes the issue bigger in your thoughts taking a deep breath helps & you have done a good job. Staying on top of your health thats the good thing about aniexty. Its ok to cry hunny we just cant stay there! Cry & see the blessing in your life i wake up with worry but i dont let it consume me anymore i have the thought & i let it pass right thru me, i hope you find a way to deal with yours its not easy but it will get better believe me i know your worries a scratch here. A bump there a nose bleed its something sinister i take it 1 day at a time my grandkids helps keeps me living!!

Try doing slow breathing in through your nose out through your mouth, focus your mind on that for at least 5 minutes, it really should help you, I know for me it helps a lot! Love & Hugs!!!

Try to focus on something that makes you happy or take your mind to a happy place. You said you were checked by a Dr. focus on what he told you & try your best to get rid of the negative thoughts, they will only make it worse for you! I'm here wishing you peace of mind. More love & hugs. XXX

Thanks but the achy feeling won’t let me accept it’s nothing and have mammogram and u/s today

I'm here for you. I have my mammo next week, I'm going to stay positive about it even though I don't look forward to them! I went through a scare 7-8 years ago, it turned out good for me though. I shouldn't have to do them at my age every year but due to that I have to. Take good care of yourself. Be kind & gentle to yourself also!!!

I get you 100% it can be scary & sure doesn't help with anxiety. Stay strong, try to remain positive, I know huge challenge. It's better than being negative as that will only breed more negative for you! XXX

Interesting, when I get calm they give me bad results when I panic results aren’t bad

How was your mammogram and sonogram? If you still have the fever, talk to your doctor and/or gynecologist again. xx

Thank you for remembering ! Breasts they said are fine. Temperature goes low and a little high ! Dr sent me a message I am fine but I asked for CBC
