Are there actually support groups where people can talk one on one?

52 year old happily married with a great life.

Dealing with severe anxiety and depression for over 20 years.i would like to talk with others in my age range suffering in similar waya.

Yeah their are groups, but I think it would be hard to find one exclusively for your age range. Not everyone will admit they have anxiety or depression. Many people in the older generations self medicated. It was the socially accepted thing to do.
