Anxiety and weight loss

I'm very worried about for amount of weight in loosing gp has taken bloods and no results yet.I eat cereal at breakfast and a lunch but not much teatime maybe some crackers and cheese.It's worrying as I've had cancer in the past.

Hi it sounds to me like you are not eating enough which could be at least partially behind your weight loss. Just cereal for breakfast isn't enough and you should add a banana or eggs to that.

Your evening meal should be a proper one with veg, carbs, and protein. Also try and have some snacks inbetween. Don't forget women need around 2,000 calaries a day and men around 2,500.
