When it comes to anxiety and depression, the reality is that the only one that can really do anything for you is you.

This site can only help provide the tools to help you do that. Do what you think is best for you, and remember that you can always come back.

I happen to agree with "gerg" in that unfortunately we don't have a magic pill or wand to help you. I know the struggle is real and is mentally and physically draining. However, since it is not coming from a physical issue, only you can change your way of thinking and accepting anxiety as what it is. Our mind tells us these lies which produce fear beyond out wildest imagination. Before long it stresses out the body and produces our symptoms.

With intense hard work, we can go forward. There is medication, therapy but in the long run it still boils down to our own minds changing our way of thinking. I hope you continue to stop by and read the posts and responses. One day you may read something that you will find offers you some relief. Wishing you my best. May you attain peace & calm in your life one day. xx

If it wasn’t for this site. I’d be very lost in my anxiety. This site has given me a way out. So many helpful people who have shared there knowledge of becoming free and have recovered from anxiety. It’s up to us to listen and do the work ourself. At the end of the day, the anxiety comes from us. We create it. So we must be able get rid of it ourselves.

I wish you luck 😊

You know, sometimes helping someone else is more healing than seeking help. I don’t visit this forum just to see what others can do for me. “Me” is the problem. We all have to do what we have to do...may you find peace of mind.
