Severe Anxiety

About a year ago I removed myself from my medications. I am currently on vacation with my family for 3 weeks, and about a 3 hour plane ride from my medical team. Unable to get any prescriptions prescribed. Does anyone have recommendations on how to control my panics and constant anxiety while on vacation? Have not felt this terrible in over a year and think the fear of being away from home (& having to fly again) is causing me to go into a whirlwind of panic. #helpforthismama

Benedryl may help a bit. Camomile tea, lavender tea or lavender lemonade could as well. I hope you get some relief so you can enjoy your trip.

I've been using a meditation app called headspace. It's free and has helped me. Maybe it can help you. Good Luck!

When my heart starts beating fast, I lie down or sit down, then I breathe through my nose and blow the air out through my mouth making a sound. I do this continually without stopping until I feel better. Also when this happens, sounds bother me so I put my hands over my ears so I won't hear anything and concentrate on my breathing. Going outside and walking barefoot on the sand or the grass while getting some sun might help too if you feel bad but your heart isn't beating fast. Hope you feel better.
