Heatwave is nasty

Is it just me or is this heatwave making anxiety ten times worse ? The heat is making me feel so breathless can’t wait for it to be over 😩 I’m just sitting in front of my fans all day like a zombie . Need some rain ☔️

omg, it absolutely makes it worse! It sucks the energy out of me, making my depression and anxiety much worse! I live in south Florida...it'll be like this until October, ugh!

Try to stay cool...go to Starbucks...they have the temp set at like 55 haha. I pray you find comfort!

Oh Wow how hot is it there ? I’m in London so it’s probab even hotter where you are ! But us londoners aren’t used to it so it’s such a shock . I haven’t tried Starbucks I will have to go and have a look and pray they have the same air conditioning 😩 thankyou

haha it's like 35C here....at night, it doesn't go below maybe 28C. I'd rather stick my head in my oven then step outside! Thank God I'm only one kilometer from the ocean, so OCCASIONALLY we get a breeze...a few minutes relief from time to time! How hot is it in London? I never thought that London got too hot??

Oh lucky you I would love an ocean ! The odd breeze would be nice London is so built up and fumes ! It’s 31 at the moment but feels like 40 so humid and they reckon it will hit up to 38 this week so I am literally housebound until it’s over! And exactly your right it never gets that hot here normally and we’ve had over a month of pure heat with no rain it’s so bad over here at the moment!weve been banned using hose pipes in parts of the country incase the water runs out! Must be global warming. Would appreciate living in Iceland right now haha . I need some air con 😩
