Yesterday at my friend’s how we were playing Dungeons and Dragons. While getting up, a tripped on a wire and knocked over a friend’s drink as well as a bunch of speakers, laptop, etc. The one who owned the home told the person with the drink to put the lid on it and they began to argue how it wasn’t his fault. While trying to keep myself together I eventually snap and run outside. I start hyperventilating and crying and my skin breaks out.
How do you guys deal with situations like this?

You just have to try to remain calm and focus on anything besides your anxiety or freaking out at the moment. It is what it is they always say. No matter what you do, you aren't always going to prevent an anxiety attack
Yeah, I had a game on my phone and was trying. The one guy just kept talking and implying it was all my fault and his bag got wet and mentioned how it sucked the speakers were unplugged
That sucks! Something similar happened to me recently and I couldn't just get out of the situation. So I came here and talked about what was happening. Thankfully I got a lot of help. @Agora1 who talked about breathing exercises which I'm doing all the time now and it is even helping me to fall asleep. Also, @MrZee , @GratitudeFirst and @Florida1959 talked to me abou their experiences, which distracted me and helped me get that energized histeria out of my system after. So, basically, focusing on something else can help a lot. Coming here and let it all out may work. Anyway I hope this helps.
I whish all the best and hope you are feeling better now.
