Such a lonely day...

Had a horrible day, felt the worst I ever had in months. I felt so alone and had not one person to talk to.

I am going to be there one day. I often wonder even though I want to be alone when push comes to shove would I be able to cope with it? I been alone before when I house sat for a family member years ago. I don’t drive either so I spent two weeks alone. It was cool the first week but by the second week I wished I was able to get to a store or a library.

Lonely days are inevitable in life these days because everyone is so busy. It’s what you do with those days that can either make you or break you. As long as I’m not isolating (there’s a difference) I enjoy some time alone just for myself. I try not to feel alone physically and on my journey emotionally. What did you do on this day?

Thank you for the replies! I babysat all day, however I can not take the kids anywhere and nothing is within walking distance. I am feeling much better though! I think yoga and meditation definitely helps.
