Hi, it sounds like seeing a doctor again and getting on medication is needed.

The problem is medication isn't helping
There are so many different medications, if that one isn’t working it’s time to get re-evaluated. If you are bipolar then an SSRI won’t help you

The thing here is, medication doesn't help me so much anything
Hi Emmanuella and welcome!
You said you think you are bipolar. What is the doctor's diagnosis?
I have Bipolar II Disorder. Years ago I was depressed mostly and there were a few hypomanic episodes. I have always been extremely anxious. I can feel a hypomanic episode coming on. I get keyed up and I feel adrenaline pumping through my body non-stop. More recently, I experienced mixed moods, ultra-rapid cycling. I am on medication and I am stable now.
Lack of sleep is a warning sign. Sleep is extremely important. There are many medications out there and everyone responds differently. My doctor focused more on the sleep issue. Once I started sleeping everything improved.
