Am I the only one that feels like I am going to throw up with anxiety? Some days I feel nauseated the entire day and my brain just runs with the what if you are sick and it makes it worse. I’ve tried firing the what is committee but they don’t seems to get it and keep popping back up in my mind.

Feeling nauseous is a huge part of anxiety for a lot of people. It's one of the worst parts for me. Peppermint oil is really helpful for me, along with peppermint or ginger tea. Try some breathing exercises (my therapist suggests "box" breathing: breathe in your nose for 4 counts, hold your breath for 4 counts, then out your mouth for 4 counts). When the nausea hits and I know it's anxiety-induced, a distraction helps. Standing up and going for a walk to remind my body that I am okay helps. I hope you find something that helps.
hi Dallas, I have also been so anxious that I actually throw up. I just got over a two week period of everything I ate or drank (even water) I would throw up. My biggest suggestion is to try and get yourself to relax. I know easier said then done.
