Stressing uncontrollables

I have been stressing a lot of things that are uncontrollable. I don’t feel like my normal, bubbly self. It’s starting to wear me out to the point I have crying spells and can’t calm down. I just want to have advice on how to manage my stress and not let little things affect my everyday life.

I get you. I overthink everything to the point I give myself anxiety sometimes my brain won't shut off it's hard. Try taking a warm bath with Epsom salt to relax and a lavender candle I did that and it helped me a bit. I hope you feel better♡

Thank you! I will try that for sure! I think that getting back into the gym will help too. It’s been a bit hectic the last few months and the gym has been on the side burner.
