I need to accept myself! Therapist on vacation βοΈππ
Accepting myself has been an important change in my life. It is a positive attribute to be a person who thinks, although it does feel like a burden at times. At times I envy the non thinker, but I really never want to be one.
I have worked to eliminate the irrational thoughts that fueled my anxiety disorder. I used rational emotive therapy to get my thinking in line.
