Hey everyone,
I joined because the weight of my stress, anxiety, and depression is heavy and I would like to do more to be (pro)active in combating them, besides current medication and psychotherapy. I'm a very private person, so maybe an online platform will help me to open up a bit more and allow myself to be totally honest.
