Go find something to do, something to give you focus, an aim.
Change how you think, try to achieve,make goals.
Don't sit and think about the negative to much, Clear it from your mind and fill your head with good things.
How do you clear negativity, when all you feel is pain and emptiness?
Same I can’t see the positive in anything in life the last time I felt emotions or anyting was back in may when the depression and anxiety first started now I feel emotionally numb. One thing that helps me a little is to write in a journal and if your feeling numb or sad mad or scared draw a small circle mood face on the top of the paper so you can see how you felt during the day and even if there’s nothing that makes you happy joyful or positive if anything or any activity gives you some relief take note of it cause this will give you hope that it’s possible to get back to yourself again also drawing helps too even if your not good at drawing still it helps get your find off the negative thoughts. Just getting through everyday is a positive thing even if it doesn’t feel like it just remember there’s hope even when you don’t feel it. Also talking to family and friends can help if you need someone to talk too you can msg me
I do write I try to think positively but all the happy thoughts or memories end in me feeling sad angry empty then nothing. I'm socially awkward!

Yeah I’ve struggled with social problems a lot cause of my aspergers and social anxiety I have like no friends even when I was in high school I just couldn’t make any friends with kid my age I found my self befriending the teachers instead of other students. one thing that could help would be to join a local group or club that has a common interest that you have or even do volunteer work that could distract you from depression and negative thoughts and usually they make you work with peers so you could get experience with people and possibly make friends
