Your in good company as you’ll find many people with the same anxiety symptoms. The big question I think most people with anxiety have is WHY do I have this symptom for example , Breathlessness, chest pains , dizziness , tingling in the hands , tension headaches , feeling like you going to die with any of the listed symptoms. After a while people fall into depression because Dr’s and medication never seen to stop the relentless distress. Knowing that other people have the same feelings make’s people feel better because your not alone. Your symptoms can’t harm you, the toughest part of anxiety is believing that your going to be ok. I know I’m rambling on but this is how I feel. Best wishes John
