welcome liz...glad your here sharing....and if I may suggest the best way to get to know what other members have done and deal with their own issues is to read some posts and comments...it's really very helpful and did help me connect, and know that I'm not alone with this stuff....
I like to exercise. It helps use up the nervous energy.
