Hi! I am new to the group. I’m looking for support, and to give support. I have been on a long journey with generalized anxiety, panic, depression , and ocd. I have four babies, and had severe postpartum depression and anxiety with all four. The struggle to fight through the tough times is exhausting. I have a good psychiatrist and therapist. Sometimes it feels like I’m doing all the work in therapy, taking my meds, and the anxiety and depression always creep back up on me. Feeling very discouraged lately.
