It has been 3 years since I've seen my doctor now that I moved almost 2 years ago to a new place I really should find a new doctor and try to get on new medication but new doctors scare me and I don't know how to bring myself to find a doctor that I am comfortable with... Start by getting a physical from a general practitioner. He/she maybe able to prescribe medication until you find a therapist. What has you feeling you need to return to new medication? Have you been med free since relocating?

Yes I stopped taking my medication because it made me more depressed which was a horrible mistake I had the worst side effects
