Insomnia from eiether abilify or Effexor

Anybody else up at 2am? Since starting back on Effexor and abilify I’m waking often and find it difficult to fall back asleep. I’m also a lot hungrier! Thus the 2:30 AM post and bowl of cereal!!

Hi, DM! Have you considered taking your medication in the morning. I use to take Zoloft and it kept me up. I read about switching it 1st thing in the am. To allow you to be calm yet tired at the end of the day. As long as you take your med on the same time schedule you should be fine😻 Ayla-Kat

Yes I take my meds in the morning. Doesn’t seem to help🤔
