I’m pissed off at the world today. So sick of having migraines. Hate hate hate having issues with my allergies everyday. Hate not being able to sleep.

Hi, Cat! I hope you feel better. Just a suggestion and experience I wanted to share. My friend had severe migraines. His doctor pinpointed it in his neck. He uses a technique where he uses a towel suspended from a rope onto a door knob to relieve the tension from his neck. I am sure you can find a YouTube video. I try as many solutions because one might be the answer.
